Cost: $500* – Payment can be made via PayPal or credit card after completing the form below. Cancellations will be accepted up to 2 weeks prior to class. However, there will be a $50 administration charge deducted from each refund. No refund will be offered less than two weeks prior to the training for any reason, but payment may be applied to training at a later date.

Registration & Pre-Requisite Information: Please complete the registration form below. You must have successfully completed an approved 40-hour Basic Mediation Training course in Texas before registering for this Advanced Mediation Training course. A certificate of completion must be attached and submitted with this registration form. You may not register without first completing the prerequisites for this course.
Payment: Spots are filled on a first-come, first served basis. Payment via PayPal must be submitted with your registration in order to secure your spot in the training.
This training qualifies for 30 hours of MCLE credit, including 4.25 hours of ethics credit. CPE and PDC credit are also available.
By submitting this registration form, you agree to the following:
- In order to comply with training standards, participant must (1) have access to a personal computer with a working camera and microphone;(2) be physically present for each training day in front of the camera (except during breaks); and (3) satisfactorily participate in class activities, discussions, and role-plays.
- No refunds will be given for any reason after July 1, 2025.
