The DRC-MC aims to fulfill our mission in the community through various avenues.
- Each year, Montgomery County students in grades K-8 can participate in a bookmark contest that promote anti-bullying messages and community peacebuilding.
- The Peacebuilding Community Awards, held each year, are aimed at honoring people and organizations who work to spread peace in Montgomery and Harris Counties.
- The DRC-MC Speakers Bureau members also further our community outreach to provide informational presentations on alternative dispute resolution (ADR), including mediation services available through the DRC-MC.
- Through community outreach and our relationships with our community partners, The DRC-MC seeks to build awareness and participation in peace-promoting efforts
